Must I portion control crudités?

In the mid-afternoons I often find myself at my desk, happily munching away on carrots and celery.

Before you roll your eyes at me, the happily is not because I’m consuming roughage and concentrated vit. C. No, no—it’s because of this amazing dip I make! Dip is pretty much the only thing that makes raw veggies tolerable; the added protein doesn’t hurt either. And, honestly, this dip is incredibly easy and very fast.  The roasted garlic also makes your kitchen smell better than any kitchen has a right to.
