Breakfast of champions

For several months now, I have been keeping breakfast consistent: fruit protein shake. I drink it while I get ready in the morning, trying not to get blueberry puree on my work clothes. It works most of the time. Items such as toast and eggs and oatmeal are no slouches, but I like something refreshing and the smoothie never disappoints. I can’t guarantee it will keep you full–sometimes I get hungry 2 hours later–but it is tasty.

1/8-1/4 c. frozen blueberries (more if you’re using bigger fruits such as raspberries or strawberries)

2 scoops Muscle Milk Light (I prefer the Vanilla flavor)

1 c. vanilla soy milk
