Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles

Maybe it was a restless night because I overdid it on the wine. Maybe I need to get curtains for my bedroom. Maybe I should not consume liquids after 6pm. Whatever the reason, I ended up waking up half-an-hour before I needed to. Great.

I was way past being able to fall back asleep, and it occurred to me that I could put my early rising to good use. GO WORK OUT, SARA. So I did. Twenty minutes on the elliptical and 200 calories later, I had snuck in a workout and was 2/2 on the week. Not bad, not bad at all.

    Since we are all in this together, I can report one hour of tennis.
