Calories. Who knew?

Just got back to my apartment after working out this morning, and I decided on the elevator ride that I would start recording calorie counts for my meals—or, at least, counting calories and guesstimating calories where appropriate. I think this is a good idea because I have absolutely NO idea how many calories are in what I eat. That is, except for how many calories are in a Five Guys regular fry order—thanks, City of New York, for making 5G inform me flat out that I’m a porker.

Here’s a sampling of what I’ve eaten this week, with calorie counts listed below the line. Based on my calculations, yesterday I consumed 1,550 calories. See if you can guess how many calories are in each item (I couldn’t).
