Nice-but-not-groundbreaking exercise tip

I knew I had to exercise today (like all days) but I wasn’t sold on going to the gym as soon as I got up. Toward the end of this week I found myself none too interested in cardio and felt only like doing weight-training. But, with the extra time I have on weekends, I really need to amp up the cardio and do at least 45-60 min. So…I logged onto trust Yahoo and figured out when there was some trashy, engrossing show on that would enable me to forget I was sweating on the elliptical. The Hills finale is on at 11:30am? I’ll take it. The moral of that not terribly novel story is, it’s really ok to plan your workouts around bad television. Honestly, if it makes you go and makes you work hard, what is the big deal?
